TROPHY CLUB, Texas — Authorities in North Texas are intensifying efforts to crack down on businesses operating as “sexually oriented establishments.”
On Wednesday, law enforcement executed a search warrant at Chi Kung Foot Spa locations in Trophy Club and Dallas.
Investigators from the Trophy Club Police Department, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the Dallas Police Department discovered evidence indicating that the businesses, which share common ownership, were functioning as sexually oriented establishments.
As a result, the Town of Trophy Club has revoked the certificate of occupancy for Chi Kung Foot Spa in Trophy Club, according to police.
“This collaborative effort highlights our dedication to enforcing the law and ensuring the safety of our community,” said Chief Patrick Arata. “We are grateful for the support of our federal and local partners in this investigation.”
Police added that the investigation is ongoing.
