Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The tricky implosion of an 11 story building in Dallas is set to take place early Sunday morning. The old Affiliated Computer Services building on Haskell Avenue at Central Expressway will be brought down about 7:45 AM. Central Expressway and a number of side streets, including Haskell Avenue, will be closed a few minutes before the explosions are detonated. DART’s Blue, Orange, and Red lines will; also be closed between the Pearl/Arts District station, and the SMU/Mockingbird station. DART’s tracks run 100 feet beneath the building, so they’ll be out of service until they’ve been thoroughly inspected after the blast.
