The Dallas DA To Seek Death Penalty For Suspected Serial Killer Billy Chemirmir

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office filed papers on Wednesday seeking the death penalty against accused serial killer, Billy Chemirmir. This is according to the Dallas County court records. Chemirmir has been in custody since March 2018. He’s charged in the deaths of 12 elderly women, whose jewelry along with other valuables he stole from assisted living facilities, according to authorities. Chemirmir is in the Dallas County Jail on $11 million bond.
