Dallas, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Dozens of people gathered at Victory Plaza this morning to kick off the sixth annual Giving Tuesday an initiative to help those in need following a weekend of rampant spending.
United Ways Dallas chairman and former Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman says the excitement this morning proves Dallas giving spirit is second to none. Clip Its the second year the United Way has spearheaded Dallas part in Giving Tuesday. Events will be taking place throughout the day for people to either donate money or volunteer in the community.
