Arlington, TX – WBAP/KLIF – In an effort to “reclaim the narrative” about why NFL players and others are kneeling during the national anthem, hundreds of demonstrators marched to AT&T stadium last night. They raised firsts and kneeled kneeled as the national anthem played inside. Speaking on behalf of the Coalition for Justice and Justice for All Movement, Pastor Freddie Haynes said the group was kneeling for the players inside who can’t.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has banned players from kneeling during the anthem.
Haynes added, “This isn’t about the flag, it’s about police brutality.”
