DALLAS(WBAP/KLIF- Dallas Police has released surveillance video from an Uptown parking garage, in an effort to find witnesses who may have seen what happened in the September death of a 26-year-old woman.
Taylor Gruwell was found dead by police after she fell from a parking garage at 1707 North Hall Street.
