FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) — The pursuit of a road rage suspect in Fort Worth has left two police officers in the hospital.

Fort Worth Police responded to a call Sunday afternoon reporting that a man pointed a gun at another driver near I-20 and Hulen Road. They caught up with the suspect around Loop 820 and White Settlement Road, which is where the officers’ squad car crashed into a Wells Fargo brick wall.

The suspect’s car also crashed, and he was able to escape on foot. Police, however, eventually found the suspect in a nearby neighborhood and made an arrest.

The two officers are expected to recover.
