DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) — First Baptist Dallas pastor Robert Jeffress says God has given the President authority to take out North Korea.
In a statement, Jeffress says it’s clear in the Bible that “God has endowed rulers full power to use whatever means necessary, including war, to stop evil.”
When asked about a Bible verse that mentions not repaying evil for evil, he says that it only applies to Christians, not government.
Jeffress also tweeted yesterday afternoon that he’s thankful for a President who is serious about protecting our country.

He says President Trump isn’t afraid to back away from the imaginary red line drawn in the sand — something he says President Obama did for eight years.
