DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Mayor of Dallas seems impressed with the new city manager even being on the job for only a couple of weeks.
Mayor Mike Rawlings says T. C. Broadnax is doing what is necessary to get started.
“He’s asking the right questions, he’s talking about people and that is always the important thing when you take the helm is to understand your team, who’s good at what, are they in the right places,” said Rawlings.
Rawlings says since Broadnax does not own any big city projects, that is one of the main reasons he wanted to push the next bond election to November instead of May.
“That allowed him to own that project,” Rawlings said.
