Dallas (WBAP/KLIF News) – El Centro College in downtown Dallas is open again, two weeks to the day after the shooting attack on Dallas and DART police officers.
For some students, it was just another day at school, but others said it was weird…and creepy.
“We met with several of the students, trying to assure them that the facility is safe and secure,” said Joseph Hanigan, Chief of the El Centro Police. “And we’re going to do everything we can to protect them while they’re pursuing their academic careers.”
The only part of the building not re-opened is the second floor hallway where police used a bomb to kill the alleged shooter, Micah Johnson.
