DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The increased traffic through Dallas Love Field this holiday weekend means they will “Double the Love.”
Double the Love is a program implemented after the Wright Amendment was repealed asking those in charge of various departments within the airport to double employees when there are more than 18,000 reservations.
“We ask airport staff, TSA, police, parking attendants and concessions for them to double the staff so they can expedite the travelers so they can get from security to their gate,” said Jose Torres with Dallas Love Field.
Torres says when it comes to security at the airport, it is, in a word, “Great.”
