(WBAP/KLIF) – According to a new data report from homesusa.com, the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex has fallen to the number two slot for new home sales, while Houston has claimed the number one spot. Over the past three months an average of more than 18-hundred new homes were sold in DFW compared to about 19-hundred new homes in Houston. However, the average home price is about $100-thousand dollars more in DFW than it is in Houston.
