Author and commentator Gordon Chang told Newsmax on Saturday that despite his efforts to downplay his China connections, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has “regular contact” with organizations tied to the Chinese Communist Party.
Since Vice President Kamala Harris selected Walz as her running mate, he has received scrutiny over his ties with China.
Chang said Walz’s history with China goes back to his days as a teacher.
