(WBAP/KLIF) – The FBI has issued a warrant and a reward of up to $25,000 for information in the search for Cindy Rodriguez Singh. She is the mother of Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, who has not been seen since October of 20-22, and is feared to be dead.

During the search for the child, investigators say that Singh and her husband left the country on a plane to India with their six other children, and left Noel behind. Singh is facing charges of capital murder in Tarrant County, and federal charges for leaving on the international flight to India. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the F-B-I tip line.
