FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News ) – A Fort Worth man is facing charges for allegedly threatening an FBI agent known to be involved in an investigation into President Joe Biden’s son Hunter.
Investigators said shortly after Hunter was found guilty on all three felony gun charge counts on Tuesday, 43-year-old Timothy Muller placed a call to an FBI special agent, according to a U.S. Department of Justice news release.
According to the complaint, Muller made the call at 5:03 p.m. on June 11 and said, “Hey,” and the agent disconnected the call.
Muller allegedly called back left an over one minute long message threatening the agent and his family.
“You can run, but you can’t [expletive] hide,” he allegedly said. “You covered up child pornography. You covered up [H.B.] raping his own [expletive] niece.”
According to the complaint, Muller continued by saying former President Donald Trump would win re-election in November.
“So here’s how it’s gonna go. [T.]’s gonna win the re-election, and then we’re gonna [expletive] go through the FBI and just start throwing you [expeltive]s in jail. Or, you an steal another election, and then the guns will come out, and we’ll hunt you [expletive]s down and slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are in your own [expletive] homes, ” Muller allegedly said.
The complaint states that Muller sent several text to the agent, including one asking if his family was safe. “Did you [expletive] really think you were going to disenfranchise 75 million Americans and not die? Lol.” said one text.
Authorities arrested Muller outside his Fort Worth home. He’s charged with interstate threatening communications and influencing, impeding and retaliating against a federal official.
If convicted, Muller is facing up to ten years in federal prison.
