ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF News ) – Arlington police are investigating a triple murder at the Chatham Green Village Apartments.
Officers received a call about a shooting around 8:30 Thursday night at the complex in the 3500 block Chatham Green Lane just north of West Arbrook Boulevard.
In a press release, Arlington police said a witness called 911 and said he heard something, and when he went to see what it was, he found a man lying unresponsive outside of an apartment.
The witness also noticed the door to that unit had been kicked in.
When officers arrived, the victims were dead from an apparent gunshot wound at the scene.
Another man and woman were found dead from gunshot wounds inside the apartment and two children in the home were unharmed.
Witnesses also reported seeing a man running from the scene.
So far, no information about the identities of the victims have been released.
