FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – Billy Bob’s honky tonk in Fort Worth announced, on Tuesday, scheduled renovations for the historic venue.
Billy Bob’s General Manage, Marty Travis said during a Tuesday press conference that the renovations are spurred by the venue’s financial commitment to guests as it moves to improve the overall Guest experience.
“We will be removing the two poles in front of the Main Stage and are raising our stage left ceiling up to the level of the rest of this side for consistency,” read a statement from Billy Bob’s. “This along with our digital ticketing improvements will revolutionize the way we sell tickets, process our guests to their seats and the way we book shows to have our artists have an equally improved experience from the stage.”
Billy Bob’s regularly sends surveys to all of its online ticket buyers after every show, and the two biggest and most consistent survey complaints are sound and vision.
For the next two weekends Billy Bob’s we will be doing shows on the Honky Tonk Stage. The first two shows back on the Main Stage will be July 22 & 23 with Randy Rogers & Wade Bowen, Hold My Beer and Watch This Tour.
