Dallas-Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – A round of strong to severe storms made their way across North Texas Monday night and dropped large amounts of hail in some parts of the area.
Storm warnings were issued by the National Weather Service from Parker and Palo Pinto to Denton and Collin counties as the storms rolled through.
The main threat was hail and wind gusts. in the Wise County city of Rhome, windows were shattered by hail. The city of Krum reported hail measuring almost 2 inches across.
