Abbott Worried About Enormous Amounts of Drugs at the Border

(WBAP/KLIF) — Governor Greg Abbott is sounding the alarm about the seizure almost 100 pounds of fentanyl along the Texas border with Mexico.  Abbott says that’s about 21-million lethal doses that were headed for multiple states across the country and president biden hasn’t provided any help to the crisis.

Abbott blames the problem on cartel drug smugglers amid the surge in migrants at the U.S. southern border. the governor joined Fox’s “The Story with Martha Maccallum”.  Cartels are using a surge in migrants at the Texas border to smuggle enormous amounts of fentanyl into the country.

Governor Abbott has deployed about a thousand state and national guard troops to fight against the illegal drug shipments.  Abbott thinks the BIden administration has turned a blind eye to Texas.
