DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF)- Autumn at the Arboretum Opens to the public September 19th. This is the 15th year the Dallas Arboretum will show off it’s Fall Pumpkin Village, with 90,000 pumpkins on display!
Dave Forehand VP of Garden Operations said it will be opened at 50% capacity and you must book your ticket online to reserve a four hour time slot.
“There’s 66 acres here so there’s plenty of room to spread out and social distance here at the Arboretum and find your little patch of paradise,” he said.
Forehand said masks aren’t required outside and he reminds everyone to remain 6 feet apart.
Due to COVID-19, they have spaced out the village to adhere to social distancing guidelines and no one will be allowed inside the pumpkin houses this year.
But he said a lot goes into the making of this Fall spectacle and there’s a lot of new things in store.
The Art of the Pumpkin Display will be open until November 1st and there’s plenty of family activities planned for this Fall.
