(WBAP/KLIF) – AUSTIN, TX – Last week, the Texas State Senate passed SB-10, which requires the Ten Commandments to be posted in all public school classrooms. Many critics argue that the bill is unconstitutional, and that it violates the first amendment. The bill is now headed to the Texas House for consideration. If passed, the bill would go into effect starting with the 20-25/20-26 school year. During the last legislative session in Texas the Senate passed the same bill, however it died in the House.
