MSN NEWS – (WBAP/KLIF) -Russian President Vladimir Putin is reported to have responded to the Ukrainian long-range missile strike on a military complex deeper within Russian territory by threatening a possible nuclear strike, saying the United Kingdom would be first on the list.
Russia, announcing only hours earlier, it’s “revised its rules” for the use of nuclear weapons against other nations, saying Ukraine’s use of Western-made non-nuclear missiles could lead to a Russian nuclear response. Just a short time ago, Ukraine was reported to have struck a Russian military complex or region with a U.S.-made long-range missile. Through a spokesman, Putin appears to have wasted little time with the threatening response.
