Free Rides and Other Deals Available to Voters on Election Day

NORTH TEXAS (WBAP/KLIF News ) – It’s finally election day and several North Texas agencies are offering voters free rides to the polls on Tuesday.

Trinity Metro is offering residents to use their buses, on-demand rideshare, TEXRail and Trinity Railway Express Stations to cast ballots.

DART and the Denton County Transportation Authority is allowing the free service on all of its units.

STAR Transit is providing no-charge service residents in Dallas, Kaufman and Rockwall counties.

Other deals include the NAACP’s partnership with Lyft, to offer discounted codes for riders.

Customers who type in naacp-vote-24 will get up to $20 off of two rides.
