JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel’s government says a drone targeted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s house on Saturday, with no casualties. Fighting with Lebanon-based Hezbollah and Gaza-based Hamas is showing no pause after the killing of the mastermind of last year’s deadly Oct. 7 attack. Hezbollah didn’t claim responsibility for the drone attack on Saturday but said it carried out several rocket attacks on Israel. Israel carried out at least 10 airstrikes on Beirut’s southern suburbs that are home to Hezbollah’s offices. The U.S. defense secretary called civilian casualties in Lebanon “far too high” and urged Israel to have more restraint. In Gaza, hospitals said they are targeted.
