(WBAP/KLIF) – Real estate developer, Ray Washburn purchased the Lamar Street property as part of a bigger plan to revitalize Downtown Dallas. He owns several high profile properties in the area including the historic Founders Square building, Highland Park Village, and the former Dallas Morning News complex. Financial details of the sale were not disclosed. Washburne plans to take over the site after Greyhound vacates the property in April of 2025.
