FULTON COUNTY – (WBAP/KLIF) – A Georgia judge has dismissed two counts in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump, dealing with conspiracy and filing false documents. The judge in the case said the charges fall under federal jurisdiction.
The case dealt with election interference in the 2020 election.
Five counts of the original indictment against Trump have now been dismissed.
