More Prostitution Arrests Amid Plano Police Massage Parlor Investigations

PLANO (WBAP/KLIF News ) -The City of Plano’s crack down on sex trafficking and prostitution continues.

Police arrested two women who worked at Golden Feet Spa on Spring Creek Parkway near Custer Road after receiving a tip about human trafficking, prostitution and other violations the establishment in April 2022, according to a news release.

The arrests were made on February 14, 2023 and April 9 of this year. The cases were handed over to the Collin County District Attorney’s Office for criminal prosecution.

51-year-old Yingchun Jiang pleaded guilty to prostitution on December 1, 2023.

42-year-old Guizhen He was convicted of acting as a massage therapist without a license on June 5 and has a pending prostitution case.

In a statement, Plano police said the developments are proof that they’re dedicated to fighting human trafficking and prostitution.

“Police are continuing to investigate and considering all legal options to address illicit activities at Golden Feet Spa and other locations. These criminal investigations and civil actions are part of a City-wide comprehensive enforcement strategy to identify and end sex crimes committed at massage establishments,” the statement said.

The developments come after the closure of Tennyson Wellness Center in 2023 based on accusations of sex trafficking.

The City of Plano cited the Red Rose Spa in April for operating without a massage license and two employees have been arrested for prostitution.
