Six Flags and Cedar Fair Have Completed Their Merger

(WBAP/KLIF) – CHARLOTTE, NC – The merger between two of the largest theme park companies in North America is worth an estimated eight billion dollars. Together, both Six Flags and Cedar Fair operate dozens of theme parks, water parks, and resort properties across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Cedar Fair’s president stated that the merger will result in both new rides and state of the art technologies for park goers. The theme park company is expected to operate under the Six Flags brand, and will be based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
