(WBAP/KLIF) – ARLINGTON, TX – On Monday, workers placed the final beam on top of “One Rangers Way”, which is a new 300 unit luxury apartment community in Arlington developed by a partnership between Coordish Companies and the Rangers.
The new upscale complex will have many luxurious amenities such as resort style outdoor pool with a swim up bar, a 2,000 square foot fitness center, valet dry cleaning services, and a “Paw Spa” for pets. When it opens in January, residents will be able to walk to Rangers and Cowboys games in Arlington’s entertainment district.
One and two bedroom rental units will start around $1,500 a month. Penthouse units start at around $4,000 a month.
