(WBAP/KLIF) — Sexual assault charges against a Dallas Cowboy have been dropped in Dallas County. The lawsuit filed by a woman who accused Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott of sexual assault have been dropped, to enable the case to be refiled in Collin County.
According to court documents, the woman’s attorney submitted paperwork to voluntarily drop the case. however, she plans to re-file the case in Collin County, where Prescott filed counter suit against her, which is also where the alleged assault occurred.
The woman alleges that Prescott sexually assaulted her in the back of an SUV in February of 2017.
