(WBAP/KLIF) – The Texas grid operator, issued a warning last Friday informing Texans that to help keep the grid stable, they are planning to delay or even cancel planned generator outages across the state. Ercot also stated that the power emergency is expected to last from Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday, when temperatures are expected to reach into the lower 90’s. Texas is currently the only state with it’s own power grid.
