City of Dallas to Host “Women Who Build” Event

The City of Dallas is banning together to celebrate women in the building and construction industry.

The inaugural Women Who Build event, which is hosted by the city’s Development Services Department, aims to uplift women with success in construction, architecture, engineering, code enforcement and design.

They’re doing this by bringing people together for a panel discussion on everything from resilience to being a change maker, to inclusively in the industry.  

The event will take place on March 8th, or International Women’s Day from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Black Academy of Arts and Letters located at 1309 Canton St., Dallas TX 75201.
