Greyhound Is Closing the Downtown Dallas Bus Terminal

DALLAS, TX – (WBAP/KLIF) – After 45 years of service Greyhound announced that it will be closing their bus terminal in downtown Dallas, when it lease expires at the end of October.

The terminal which is located on south Lamar Street was built on 1979. Two years ago Greyhound sold the Dallas station along with several other bus terminals to an investment firm, an has leased it ever since. However, Greyhound officials stated that they are not ending service in Dallas, and are working with the city to find a new location for their bus service.
