DALLAS, FT. WORTH, TX – (WBAP/KLIF) – On Monday American Airlines announced plans to lay off several hundred employees.
The airline has plans to update its contact center, and cut 321 customer service workers at DFW. American has stated that it will be creating a customer success team, and impacted employees will either get a severance payment, or the first chance at applying for the new jobs.
The layoffs will take effect at the end of March.
