GARLAND – (WBAP/KLIF) – Garland Police have issued an unusual “directive to apprehend” warrant for a juvenile murder suspect. Garland Police rarely disclose information about minors, in this case, a 16 year old male, but the court has agreed to release information noting the severity of the offense.
Police are looking for 16 year old Amancio Anton Norez, wanted in the shootings of two males on West Buckingham Road, just east of North Shiloh. The men died in hospital.
PolICE say suspect Noriz stands 4 foot, 9 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and is a Hispanic male with dark hair and eyes.
Tips may be submitted anonymously to Garland Crime Stoppers at 972-272-TIPS (8477) or at www.garlandcrimestoppers.org. A reward of up to $5000 is being offered for any information that leads to an arrest.
