DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – At least three construction workers were injured after a vehicle crashed into a hole on a construction site in Downtown Dallas.
According to Dallas Fire-Rescue, units responded to the incident in Victory Park near the American Airlines Center at 8:44 a.m. on Tuesday after a car crashed through a barrier, and into an underground work space, at a construction site.
“There were three workers, one of which was pinned by the car, inside the hole when the accident happened,” said DFR Spokesperson, Jason Evans. “First responders were able to get everyone out. All three workers were taken to local hospitals for evaluation of their injuries, and the driver of the car was okay.”
