Rangers Beat The Astros 11-4 And Are Headed To The World Series

HOUSTON – (WBAP/KLIF) – The Texas Rangers have defeated the Houston Astros 11 to 4.

The Rangers kicked off game 7 in Houston by scoring three runs in the first inning. The momentum didn’t stop with Texas scoring eight additional runs during the game. The Astros managed to score four runs. However, they failed to take the lead during the course of the game.

The Rangers are now headed to the World Series where they will face either the Philadelphia Phillies or the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Diamondbacks will take on the Phillies in Philadelphia tomorrow night. The winner of that game will play the Rangers in the World Series.

Game one of the World Series is scheduled for this Friday at Globe Life Field in Arlington.
