DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The terrors of war in the Middle East are impacting families in North Texas.
During a North Dallas rally in support of Israel in its war with Hamas, Kim Zoller shared her family’s story. Her two American sons, Benji and Sammy, joined the Israeli Defense Forces after graduating high school in DFW. They’re now fighting a war. Kim told WBAP/KLIF News that she’s able to stay in contact with her sons for now.
“Thankfully, my one son will text me when he gets home from guarding, and when I say home I mean the base,” said Zoller. “It is very difficult to focus on anything else.
She said her daughter in law is also fighting for the IDF, and insisted that it is pride for their homeland that is driving her family to fight.
Zoller joined hundreds of Pro-Israel supporters on Sunday for a march through Far North Dallas.
