(WBAP/KLIF) — The 2026 World Cup games in Dallas just became a little more real.
The Dallas Sports Commission has unveiled the FIFA World Cup logo to be used during the 2026 games. Executive Director Monica Paul says the new emblem and colors will represent Dallas for the tournament. She also says FIFA will release the match schedule later this year and likely decide on the site for the international broadcast center, which Dallas is pushing hard to lock down.
FC Dallas President Dan Hunt, Dallas Cowboys Executive Vice President Charlotte Jones joined Paul for a press conference at AT&T Headquarters in Dallas for the unveiling of the official logo. The next step of the host city’s process is to await FIFA’s decision on which tournament games Dallas will be awarded.
