Dallas Police Make Arrest in 33-Year Old Murder Case.

(DALLAS) – WBAP/KLIF – Dallas Police announce the arrest of a suspect in a 33-year old “cold case” of murder. Mary Hague Kelly died by strangulation in 1989, but the killer was never found despite her vehicle and some personal belongings of hers taken, say police.
Police say at the time of her death, DNA samples were taken, and in June of this year, testing came back to indicate the sample taken from Kelly’s body was a match to now-53 year old David Rojas.

Police say Rojas was taken into custody on Friday, and charged with Capital Murder.
