FORNEY (WBAP/KLIF News ) – A Forney man is accused of possessing child pornography.
Police arrested 39 year old Christopher Layton at his home in the 1500 block of Wyler Drive on Wednesday and are now asking the public for any tips connected to this case.
Layton is charged with two counts of third-degree Possession of Child Pornography.
Police said further charges are pending. So far, no bail has been set.
If convicted, Layton faces fines as much as $10,000 and two to ten years in prison on each charge.
