Now, Vincent Doyle, David McKee, Randi Rogers, Brandon Saenz, and Tasia Williams all filed a lawsuit against Combined Systems and Penn Arms. The suit claims the manufacturer and retailer of the weapon marketed the product as “less-lethal” when the gun posed an “unreasonable and egregious risk of physical injury.” Some of the plaintiffs have also sued the City of Dallas, former police Chief Reneé Hall and the Dallas Police Department.

According to the Dallas Morning News, protestor injuries included a shattered cheekbone, lost vision, head injury and leg wound.
