Attorney Zeke Fortenberry tells our media partner WFAA that he has sent letters to the Dallas Police Dept; Dallas Mavericks; AAC and the OKC hotel where teen was found 11 days later.
DFW (WBAP/KLIF) – The attorney for a 15-year-old North Richland Hills girl who went missing while at a Dallas Mavericks game April 8th, and was located through on line photos posted on line in sex advertisements, has sent a letter to several parties he believes could have done things differently to prevent things from escalating.
Attorney Zeke Fortenberry told our media partner WFAA-TV that he has contacted American Airlines Center; the Dallas Police Department; the Dallas Mavericks, and the Oklahoma City hotel where the teen was later found were all contacted by letter last week.
According to the station’s reporting s that that an off-duty Dallas Police officer refered the report about the missing girl who had gone to the restroom just before haltime but never returned to here seat with her father.
Fortenberry sen the letters last week. He’s hoping to resolve grievances over how the situation was handled settled without a lawsuit.
