Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – The families of a dozen people who were killed in Max 737 airliner crashes will be in federal court in Fort Worth Tuesday. They want the court to re-open the federal case against Boeing, claiming the government never consulted them when it worked out a $2.5 billion settlement of the case against the aircraft manufacturer. They say that was a violation of the federal “Crime Victims’ Rights Act,” and they want their day in court. 346 people were killed in two Max 737 crashes in 2018 and 2019.
