DALLAS – (WBAP/KLIF) – At least one person is dead and three juveniles among 11 people shot just before midnight Saturday night in Southeast Oak Cliff, Dallas. Police estimate about two thousand people were in attendance at an event billed as “The Second Annual Epic Easter Bike Out and Field Party”, featuring a rapper from Memphis.
A witness tells the Dallas Morning news police and emergency crews were unable to get through the panicked crowd trying to escape. Investigation is underway. This shooting follows gunfire about two weeks prior at a party venue in South Dallas that also erupted in gunfire, killing an 18-year old man and wounding another nine people.
