Police asking for Public’s Help in Shooting Death of Dallas Toddler

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in the investigation into the death of a 3-year-old boy.

According to DPD, on Monday, staff at Medical City in Dallas reported that a child had been shot in the face. When Officers got there they were told by the child’s mother that he may have been shot during a road rage incident, but detectives haven’t found any sign of that yet.

Investigators are now pointing to a donut shop on Walnut street in Dallas where they mother and child were seen just after 9:30 a.m. on Monday. The boy got to the E-R about 20 minutes later, according to Police.

Anyone with information on where the two may have been during that time frame is asked to call Police. The mother was driving a 2011 dark blue Subaru legacy with paper tags.
