Prosper Nurse Jailed, Accused of Falsifying Do-Not Resuscitate Form

PLANO (WBAP/KLIF) – A registered nurse in Prosper is behind bars, accused of falsifying a do-not resuscitate form while providing hospice care.

According to the Plano Police Department, 60-year-old Pamela Eyambe is the owner of ‘Peaceful Touch Hospice Care,’ and is the subject of a death investigation in Plano.

Eyambe has been charged with tampering with physical evidence.

Anyone with information on patients who were cared for Eyambe, or the company, is asked to call Police.
