GRAND PRAIRIE (WBAP/KLIF News) – Grand Prairie Police are searching for an intellectually disabled teenage girl who vanished as extreme winter weather took hold of North Texas.
14-year-old Destani Texada was last seen in the 900 block of Pangburn St. near Holland Street Park on Thursday at 10 a.m.
She’s black, 5’1″, 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Destani was last seen wearing a pink jacket with a white t-shirt with a ruffled collar, blue satin pants and gray shoes.
Police said her disappearance poses a “credible threat” to her own health and safety.
