No Sign Of Garland Teen Who Shot Up Gas Station.

Abel Acosta (Garland PD)

Garland (WBAP/KLIF) – Garland Police have not yet found the 14 year old boy they believe gunned down four other teenagers on the day after Christmas. Abel Acosta allegedly fired 20 shots into a Garland Texaco station on December 26. Three teenagers were killed. A fourth is still recuperating from his injuries. Acosta’s father was arrested as a suspected accomplice, and faces a possible Capital Murder charge. He insists he has no idea where his son now is. Detectives say it’s unlikely a 14 year old boy could disappear so completely unless he’s being hidden by some unknown accomplice, or family. WBAP and KLIF do not normally identify juveniles who become criminal suspects, but are making an exception in this case because Police identify Acosta as armed and dangerous, and an already proven threat to public safety.
