Traveon Michael Allen Griffin, 11 (Dallas Police Department)

UPDATE: (WBAP/KLIF)- An 11-year-old Dallas boy has been found alive after being missing for nearly 36 hours.

Dallas Police say Traveon Griffin was found at a home on Winecup Ridge Dr., a few streets over from where he was last seen when he ran away from home.

Police say he knows a kid who lives at this home, but they’re not sure if he was helping to hide him or not.

Griffin was taken out of the home on a stretcher but his condition has not yet been released. Officers and volunteers had been searching his neighborhood and surrounding areas after police say Griffin left his home only wear shorts and socks with weather below freezing.
